Astrid Eiling primarily advises family-owned businesses and private clients on tax structuring as well as corporate and family governance issues. Her consultancy includes aspects of corporate, foundation, and inheritance law.

A further focal point of her work is the conduct of tax court proceedings. She also has many years of experience in the establishment and accompaniment of charitable units.

Following her admission as a lawyer in 2015, she worked for a major international law firm for five years prior to co-founding Lüdicke & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
