Benno A. Fischer primarily advises in the area of corporate tax law and external tax audits. Moreover, he conducts tax proceedings for his clients. His particular area of expertise is tax procedural law, which he creatively uses for the benefit of his clients.

He is admitted as a lawyer since 1998 and additionally as a tax advisor since 2001. Prior to co-founding Lüdicke & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Benno A. Fischer , among other things, worked for an international auditing company as well as a major international law firm for several years.
